The International IP Law Research Center was established to strengthen the research capacity of the Patent Court of Korea, the only IP-related specialized court in Korea. To accomplish this purpose, the center has been carrying out in-depth research as part of the efforts to improve IP-related judicial system and service.

In this regard, the center hopes to receive valuable opinions from the public and experts from such areas as related law, government, research institute, academia and societies.

Please propose research projects on various subjects such as legal issues related to intellectual property law, improvement of judicial system and judical service to protect intellectual property rights. Your opinion would be reflected in the research plant as much as possible. Your keen interest and participation would be appreciated.
