On December 11, the International IP Law Research Center held an online Advisory Board Meeting composed of judges, professors, and attorneys from the United States (federal courts), Europe (UPC), Japan (former IP High Court), and Korea (IP High Court), as well as Directors from WIPO and INTA.

Attached is a summary of the “2025 Landmark Cases 8,” which were personally selected and presented by judges from each jurisdiction during the meeting (Korean summary and original English text).
